  • Foreigners who reside in Korea and are married to Korean nationals
    • In case the person or spouse is pregnant
    • In case the person is raising an underage child of Korean nationality (including divorcees and widowers)
    • In case the person is sharing their livelihood or residence with the spouse's linear ascendant of Korean nationality

Must qualify both standards for income approval and duty to support.

 Supports the following allowances: Living (regular living benefit), housing, education, childbirth and funeral. Submit an application to the local '-eup' or '-myeon' office or '-dong' residential center.
